Spot on. And you can see in her official YouTube video she plays it capo 2 with barre chords.

This is all correct but for some live versions she play a Dsus4 instead of a regular D triad.

During the bridge I believe she plays Em then moves to E9 quickly before playing D instead of Bm, then during the D she moves to the ninth fret
