Capo 5th

[INTRO]:
Dm F C Bb

[VERSE]:
         Dm F C Bb
Don't I know it? Nobody has to say
           Dm F C Bb
I've been lucky. Guess I was born that way.
            Dm F C Bb
I thank my father, his absence has made me strong.
               Dm F C
And I love my mother but she had troubles with God.
    Bb
No tears

[CHORUS]:
        Bb/G C
For the life that you've led
             F Bb
You've had angels in your head
Gm7 A Dm C F
Did you hear them singing in the end
         Bb C
All the things that you've seen
           F Bb
All the things that could have been
      Gm7 A Dm C F
Well I've been everything I want to be
        Bb Gm Dm
So, no tears, no tears for me

F C Bb

[VERSE]:
                       Dm F C Bb
Yeah, I've bathed in sunshine but cherished the fading light
                  Dm F C Bb
And I heard my heartbeat faulter on a winter's night
            Dm F C Bb
I loved a woman but she didn't hear my prayers
     Dm F C
So Lord, oh Lord, I'm yours
     Bb
No tears

[CHORUS]:
        Bb/G C

All the things that you've seen
           F Bb
All the things that could have been
      Gm7 A Dm Dsus2 Dm
Well I've been everything I want to be
        Bb Gm
So, no tears, no tears

[BRIDGE]:
Bb F C
Cause someone somewhere's going home tonight
Bb F C
   Trying to understand the sacrifice
Bb F Gm
So save your tears for those left behind

Personally, I play this with capo on the third fret - easier and sounds better to me.

Also, when it's at the "Angels in your head" bit, I play a D in between the chords (which would obviously be an E for people playing on Capo 5)
