Constant through the trial and the change
    C G Dsus
One thing remains
    C G Dsus
One thing remains

[Chorus]

Your love never fails, never gives up

Never runs out on me

It overwhelms and satisfies my soul

One thing remains

It is actually a C Major 9. Given that the 'M' is capitalized and not lower case. It is also different from an 'add 9'. An 'add nine' chord would simple be the major chord with an added ninth. A major 9th chord would have a major 7th in addition to the major ninth. So it would comprise of a major 3rd, perfect 5th, major 7th, and a major 9th. In with this case it would be spelt C E G D B.
