Don't know what you were listening to, but definitely doesn't sound like Jesus culture, you've got completely the wrong key, if you capo 4th fret then using the transpose tool on the side of the page and set it to -7, the chords are then easy and correct. Great song and album though

Yeah, it's supposed to be in D#m with the higher guitar part playing a 5th above the tonic. Here's a good link to the chords (if you ignore the Fb in there): http://www.tabsforworship.com/tab/962.htm
