This is almost perfect to my ear but I play it with a few minor tweaks - instead of changing full chords G->F#m->Em I just hold the A chord and play the bass notes for those chords on the low E string. And instead of D throughout the song I'm fairly sure Jim is playing some form of Dmaj7 (xx0222 sounds good to me but he may play it differently). Otherwise this looks great and thank you !
