Overall, a good translation of the song. While not in the key that Jim Reeves' sang it in, it's a good version for novice guitar players like myself and allows me to simply use a capo if I'd prefer to sing it closer to his voice range.
One suggested correction - I would transition to a C7 on the word "jukebox". Gives the song a little more depth and gets it closer to the original version.
