after the D in the chorus, wastin away again in margaritaville and searching for my lost shaker of salt, add in a D7

This is the closest I've seen yet. TheRollingStone is correct in his posting comment to add the D7 after the D in the chorus but you also need to play your strings open for one strum in between the change. Also you should delete the A7 chord for it is not there. Keep in mind Jimmy Buffet is a great performer and crowd pleaser, but a very simple and basic guitarist. Don't read into his music too much.
