Changed the chord placement to better fit the song and labeled the sections. I still need to figure out the bridge.

switch D & Dsus and it sounds right. Also for the chorus try Cadd 9, Dsus, Em, Dsus & D (play Dsus & D in one bar)

I think the D and Dsus are flipped in the verses. So it's actually Cadd9, Dsus, D over and over. But anyways, thanks for the tab!
