There is a modulation at the beginning of the second verse, which is not noted in this TAB. The best way to deal with this is to play this song on a guitar tuned 1/2 step low, and then play the tune with the capo on the first fret, bringing the guitar into E standard. At the beginning of the second verse, just slide the capo up to the second fret and play the same progression. This happens to work with this tune, because as you'll note if you listen to the studio cut, there is just enough of a pause there to reach over and do the capo slide. Otherwise, you're playing a bunch of barre chords to finish out the song.
