This is nearly there. But the first chord in each passage is C, not Em, alternating with Cm7. Also the section starting 'I was with you down in Acapulco' should be scored like 'I was thinking about my Mother', ie G, Em; not like the verse!

To my ear this should be transposed down 4 semitones to match the original song
