also just to clarify the end chord is an em9 (that might be what its called). instead of 2nd fret on the d string its 4th fret on the d string.

at the "Moments take each others place " its a F#m not a Bm and i think the bridge chords are just power chords at first and then you slide from F#m to A but you let the 6th open string E ring for both. listen to the acoustic version
