Yea, they are open, but its tuned 1/2 step up... in the live performance he switches acoustic guitars for this song, so i'm taking it that one of them is tuned 1/2 up... But they are all open chords for sure. You can either bar them, tune half up, or in regular tuning capo 1st fret, or if you are 1/2 step down like me, capo 2nd fret. :)
