Good tab! But I think D9sus4 should rather be x-x-0-0-1-0

i want to point out on the section of Em, Eb+, and g/d is basically Em, Emmajor7, and Em7. if you know Em fingering(022000) you are just moving where you fret on the D string up making Emmajor7(021000) and finally the alternate fingering for Em7(020000)

In the 'you know life can be long...' part I think you missed one chord. It'll be: Bm, Em, Bm, Em, Am7, D7, Am7, D7.
