instead of D/B i play the chord Bm7 and istead of D7 i use D7/C. also a G7 for the first I in the drawn out isolation and then when it goes back to its Gmajor

The second chord is not D/A# but Daug (000332), that's the key chord of this song for me. CHeck the version 3, it's the best one.
