Title: Free Fallin'
Artist: John Mayer
Info: technically this is different than how he plays it, but if you are going to be
alone, then i think this sounds better anyway. However, it is in the same key. (play
with the youtube video to hear for yourself)
CAPO 1 CAPO 1 CAPO 1. Capo 1 is the correct key, but it sounds good w/o one. I dont
what the technical name for the B chord is but this is how you finger it: (B)
E-0 THE A IS ACTUALLY AN Asus2, but for SIMPLICITY, let's call it A
A-2 Asus2
D-4 E-0 Here's E:
G-4 A-0 E-0-|
B-0 D-2 A-2-|
E-0 G-2 D-2-|
           B-0 G-1
           E-0 B-0
                      E-0
The chord switching is kind of difficult, but swith exactly where i show you. Listening
the song might help. When switching from E to Asus2, keep your index finger on the 1st
of the G sting (the fourth string)

Good tab, but I find it easier to play with capo on third, and then D, G, D, A in this order. The same chords but easier organized (after my opinion) :) Keep it going

If you’re capo is on the first fret you are not in the key of E when you’re playing this song the way you wrote it. And I just listened to the john Mayer version and it sounded amazing. I’m. Or trying to be a facetious dink (yes, I know that line makes me sound like one) but seriously, I come on here to find tabs that are at least close to the original song. I’m finding more and more that are just someone’s rendition of the song they are “transcribing” at least let people know it is your version of the song that someone wrote. One love.

when you right the numerical tabs for chords, low E goes on the bottom as in otherwise good, thanks for taking the time
