This is indeed lacking a fair amount of accuracy. In my opinion the 10 slides through to the 12 on the album version. Further on it ends with 7-9 on G then 8-10-12-12-8-10 on B with a 9 on G with that last note. As mentioned above by Big Chubbers, John does slide from 7 to 9 rather then from 3. Hope you have more luck with it now! Just get in the groove a bit.
