John Mayer - Bold as love
Tabbed by: Simon Damoah
Email: simon.damoah@comhem.se
Tuning: Tune your guitar down half a step.

I've been hearing alot of ppl wanting this tab so i figured I'd give it a shot. Now I
this is far from a spot on tab but at least it will give u guys something to work with (if
didn't already). Note! this is VERY basic and is really just the different chords used
how to hold them. I've put up a video on youtube
with me playing, have a look if the tab is unclear (the name is "simmeyao"). I'm not
great with tab naming

( I've used steevo114's videos on Youtube as well as the tabs for jimi hendrix's version this.)

     A E F#m D C# D/F#(?) Bm G G#

During the chorus the D/F# and the E are played like this:

     D/F# E

A E F#m D
Anger he smiles, towering in shiny metallic purple armour
       A E
Queen jealousy, envy waits behind him
        F#m D C#
Her fiery green gown sneers at the grassy ground

D/F# A Bm
Blue are the life-giving waters taken for granted,
 They quietly understand
D/F# A
Once happy turquoise armies lay opposite ready,
Bm G G#
But wonder why the fight is on

A E F#m G A E D/F#
But theyre all bold as love, yeah they're all bold as love
A E F#m
they're all, they're bold as love
 D/F# A Bm D G G#
 Just ask the axis

//I've also found that these chords work during the chorus as well:

        A E F#m G
But they're all bold as love yeah....

My red is so confident that he flashes trophies of war and
Ribbons of euphoria
Orange is young, full of daring,
But very unsteady for the first go round

My yellow in this case is not so mellow
In fact Im trying to say its frigthened like me
And all these emotions of mine keep holding me from, eh,
Giving my life to a rainbow like you

But, Im eh , yeah, Im bold as love
Yeah, yeah
Well Im bold, bold as love (hear me talking, girl)
Im bold as love
Just ask the axis (he knows everything)

//Ok, so here's the solo part...i haven't even tried to tab that part.
After the solo the song goes up, I haven't tried to tab this part either.//
And that's it! Feel free to e-mail me critique and thoughts.

Not that great, but not a horrible tab. And B#m doesn't exist man, remember B to C is half step. It's just Bm.

the chord name may not be right but the chords themselves as he tabbed them are perfect and fit correctly into this song. Though he doesnt just strum the chords, this tab got me on my feet and i can now play this song. thanks for submitting this. you did good
