This is pretty spot on.

It is not a Csus however, but a F/C - pretty much an F major without the bass e-string.

F/C:
E -X---
A -3---
D -3---
G -2---
B -1---
E -1---

Also, at the end of the chorus, he transitions between the C and Am with an Em7, which is basically just one finger.
