Pretty much Spot on... Although i think in the verses, the A that takes place BEFORE the G, should in fact be an E... I think it sounds better anyway, and also in the chorus.. After the Bm, there should be another A chord above the words 'sides' and 'Swords'

I think you're right in the verses but the chorus seems perfect to my ears. Wonderful work here nonetheless!

I would also like to suggest that in the Chorus, where the words "Sides" and "Swords" are sung, an A would be appropriate to play to make the transitions more smooth...
