The shift back and forth between C and B is pretty tough using the diagrams above (0003 to 4322). You could play the C as 5433, instead, then you'd just have a single chord fingering to slide back and forth one fret. Or you could just toggle back and forth between C and CMaj7 (0003 to 0002), which is just hammering on one finger. Sounds better to my ears and is trivial to play.
