The recording starts with J.T. counting out and the horns start out on the four of
the first measure. This starts on the one of the next measure.
e|--12/13----9--9--9--9--9----11-------9-----13-13-13-13--11-11--11-|
B|--10/11----9--9--9--9--9----11-------9-----11-11-11-11--11-11--11-|
G|--10/11----10-10-10-10-10---11---11--------11-11-11-11--11-11--11-|
D|--10/11----11-11-11-11-11---11---11--------11-11-11-11--11-11--11-|
A|------------------------------------------------------------------|
E|------------------------------------------------------------------|
After that last strum you loop back around to the slide, but make sure you loop
fast or you lose count.
That repeats throughout the whole song until the bridge which is this.
e|---------6h9------------8h11---6---4------9-----9---|------6-------------|
B|-------7-------------9---------6---4------9-----10--|------7-------------|
G|-----6-------------8-----------6---4------10----9---|x2----6-------------|
D|---8------------10-------------6---4------9-----11--|------8-------------|
A|-6------------8---------------------------11----9---|------6-------------|
E|------------------------------------------9-----9---|------6-------------|
When you repeat in the bridge the chord strums go along with the lyrics.
(cause they see my num-ber one)
And the last chord goes with girl.
Just listen to it and feel that out.
After the bridge it goes back to the beginning pattern.
I hope this was helpful.
let me know if it sucks!

Hey! Most of the stuff that you've written is pretty correct, just thought about some changes that I thought sounded kind of better (atleast for me).

I'm not entierly sure about the chords, but the fact that the e-string goes like this I'm pretty sure about.
9 - 11 - 13 - 13 - 11 - 12/13
