Just for the verses I don't think they play straight chords but something very much like this on the 5th and 6th strings:

That's the bass yeah, very faintly you can hear Serge playing power chords. This is basically the chords you would play. Thanks for commenting though, and play it however you like. :)

I think what he's done is tab it in chord form which is sometimes easier. You just pick the chord shape arpeggio rather than strum it.

So you're both right. Spot on, but note to play the 'A' in Barre rather than open.
