1. The "Dm6" chord, as you've tabbed the finger positioning of xx0230, is a "Dsus2" chord, not "Dm6".
2. The "D" chord in the 2nd line of the 1st verse is a "Dsus4" chord, as in xx0233.
3. The "F" chord in the Pre-chorus is an "FMaj7" chord, as in xx3210.
4. The "C/E" chord is just an "Em" chord.
