[INTRO]
Dm---|--C-|F---|----|

Bb---|F---|Bb---|F---|

[Verse 1]
Dm C F
Wake, and I see you out with him
                 Bb F Bb F
When you lost my love, you seemed lost, my love
   Dm C F
So strange, that boy just seems so dim
                       Bb F Bb F
And you shine like the sun, what were you thinking, love?

[Pre-Chorus]
Dm C
Ooh, Who mends your broken heart?
                   Bb C
And when you fall apart, who's there to pick the pieces up?

[Chorus]
    Dm C F
Oh, when I close my eyes I just see you
    Dm C F
Oh, we'd be so much better together, stuck like glue
             Dm C F
I'm thinking this could be something beautiful
             Dm C F
I'm thinking this could be something beautiful

[Verse 2]
       Dm C F
Do you remember all those lazy summer days?
                   Bb F Bb F
Drinking cheap red wine with no sense of time
               Dm C F
Lost at the picnic, running, laughing, hand in hand
                     Bb F Bb F
In body and soul, we meet, flying higher than the trees

[Pre-Chorus]
Dm C
Ooh, I love that you're so free
                        Bb
You keep coming back to me
                            C
'Cause someday, you'll find I'll be waiting

[Chorus]
    Dm C F
Oh, when I close my eyes I just see you
    Dm C F

Excellent job! To make it easier for beginners, tune all stings down a semitone or use an app to play the song up a semitone and use the following chords:
Strum D D UDU on verse, D D DUDU on chorus

|:Em |Em D |G |G |C |G |C |G :|

[Verse 1]
Em D G
Wake, and I see you out with him
C G C G
When you lost my love, you seemed lost, my love
Em D G
So strange, that boy just seems so dim
C G C G
And you shine like the sun, what were you thinking, love?

etc.

Sorry, I cant seem to align the chords over the words, but it should be easy follow from the original post. No capo required this way.
