love this song, and good tab, I worked this out myself and was gonna submit it, guess im too late!

oh and the lead part playing the notes up at fret 12 etc, is using a slide

^ Play along with the song and you'll get the rhythm, pretty sure I play it something like D DU UDU where the first Down strum is just the root.
