solo is slightly different on the power tab, but this seems to work just as well.

I was finally able to learn this from this tab and from listening and playing with the song. HOWEVER, I found that this is not simply E-flat tuning....it's somewhere in between. I wonder if that was on purpose or some funky stuff they did after recording it.
