Some basic things:

Where is the intro? The song is 7:07, the tab is 5:07. The end of measure 4 and measure 5 correspond to the stuff at 2:07 in the song. I don't know exactly what the bass before that is supposed to correspond to.

The composition info doesn't list the song title or artist. It's not a big deal to me, but it's something you're supposed to fill out.

Name the instrumental tracks properly. Guitar 1, guitar 2 (or lead and rhythm), bass, etc.

Add markers for the different sections of the song.

Some parts of the tab have horrible fretboard logic. Measure 4 has the bass playing octaves via a 7 fret stretch rather than the usual octave shape. There are lots of other things like this, on bass and on both guitar tracks (measures 21-60, where it's all on one string).

Tempo should be 97 bpm. It stays right on the mark throughout the song.

Other than the fretboard logic, what's here seems pretty good, though I haven't gone through super carefully. The notes are pretty good, but as is this isn't nearly as useful as it could be as a tab.

It is basically a really good tab. I'd like to point out though that the bass line in the verses is actually a bit different and a lot easier to play. In the bars like 21-23 the bass line is in fact played an octave higher, in the same manner the guitar play this line in the bar 93 (12 - 0 - 0 ...). And with the bar 24, Lerpous's bassist retunes his A string to Bb, so he can play the same 12 - 0 - 0 line, only a string lower (please refer to any live vids on YouTube to confirm that). Of course, same pattern returns throughout the song.=

Another thing is that the guitars in the bar 100 (and other similar bars) actually do a massive 5-string skip, cause they play the bassier Bb an octave lower than you've tabbed. So they play 11 on the 2nd string and then 6th on the 5th string. Which is quite impressive :).

Other than that, sounds quite right to me!
