Nice to see Liam Finn tabs on here. I believe your chord structure is right, but to match the key of the recording, you would need to transpose it down two half steps so that it is Bb-Dm-F-C . (Alternatively -- and I think this sounds more like the recording -- put a capo on fret 3 and transpose down 5 half steps, so that you are playing G-Bm-D-A with the capo on.) On the "fast strumming" part, I believe the first D chord (at the words "know" and "soul") should be a B chord. The ending/fadeout strums on D for a while and then has a Dm-F-A (or possibly A7) progression and ends on a Dm chord. Thanks.
