Ok,so I know this is probably Lightning Bolt’s most tabbed song but all the tabs I've seen for this
song are wrong and it really bugs me there aren’t more attempts to correctly tab Brian Gibson’s bass playing.

BRIAN’S PEDAL SETUP:
 
Brian’s pedal setup has changed down the years but broadly speaking, it goes:
 
Bass > Digitech Whammy > Boss OC2 > Boss Bass Overdrive > Boss Super Overdrive > Delay Pedal >
Wah Pedal > Amps
 
Here, he keeps the Bass Overdrive and the Super Overdrive on for the full song. He keeps both the
Digitech Whammy (shifting the pitch up an octave) and the OC2 (shifting the pitch back down two
octaves. ie. one octave below standard when combined) on for the first part. He then turns off the
OC2 to achieve those two-octave jumps.
 
Then in the second part, he plays the outro first with the OC2 off and then again with it on. I’ve
marked the octave jumps with “v” and “^”.
