The hm chords is meant to be a D chord instead

To simplify this play the Bm as a D also

As the other two comments have said, the Bm is not correct. But a quick look at the kooks version tells you it's a D/F#, which is simply an open D chord with an F# root note. I personally use my thumb to get the F#.
