Second chord of the verse should be G#m, not F#m. Everything else, esp. the slash chords, is good.

Good catch. Actually, that's where I have the /G# (my shorthand for E/G# with a change of only the bass note). But on listening again, I think the E/G# should really be a G#m. I'm also not sure what's going on but it seems to me the spacing in the songs got messed up. The chords aren't lining up over the words on some songs....
