We bring a garland gay

It is a sprout well budded out

The work of Our Lord's hand"

I just thought of something: This is supposed to be in Dm, so we should transpose, or put the capo on 5. Also, there's a C - - - Bb - Am - as a break between the chorus and verse (each time), but listen to either the 4-minute or 6-minute version on Youtube ('cause the video's are beautiful) to get it perfect.

Try it with these chords marked with the astrics, they sound a bit better with the recording. Also, the recording is inbetween keys so that's why it may sound out of tune if you play a long with the recordingDm CWhen in the springtime of the year Am G*When the trees are crowned with leaves Dm CWhen the ash and oak, and the birch and yew Am G*Are dressed in ribbons fairCHORUS: Dm CWe've been rambling all the night G* DmAnd some time of this day Dm CNow returning back again G* DmWe bring a garland gay
