Fine tab, 5 stars! I hear a Dm, too.
Suggestion: The F in the verses is played as an F6 on Reed's recording, I think. Something like x-x-3-2-3-1 or x-3-3-2-3-x sounds nice.

I Think it's not D nor Dm but Dsus2.
And I prefer FM7 instead of F.
