On the Outro, the transition between the Gm and F with regards to the * as noted above is "Eb Gm Gm* F#m* F Ab Eb Gm Gm* F#m* F*" or with transposed -1, capo 1 "D F#m F#m* Fm* E G D F#m F#m* Fm* E*"
