Mac Ayres uses jazz chords (7s and 9s). This arrangement has too many majors (ex. the end of the first phrase of the chorus is too major sounding). The Db in the pre-chorus sounds strange as well.
But thank you for being the first to put any chords on here from him!

I dunno most of the chord progression, but it must consist mostly of maj9th and 7th chords:
Verse: Fmaj9 Ebmaj9 Dm D7 Gm C C7 F
Pre Chorus: Dbmaj9 Ebmaj9 Fmaj9
Everything else... I'm not sure about.
