This one is in the same key as the studio recording and I tried to get it as accurate
as possible.
During the verse, play the first two chords as
             Gm      Bb

During the small singing breaks between verses, the second to last chord sounds more like a Cm than an F,
although it can be played as F.
Also, in the chorus, Gm can be played as 1323 by simply throwing up the pinky on the E string.
