Hmm, yeah, could be. I'm not t all an expert when it comes to chord names; I'm looking up what I play in some app, and that was the name I got in return :D
You think I should correct it?

d6/f# is also a Bm7 too . i think it would be easier for the reader with these names. Just a suggestion :)
