Well, the way I play it is the following:
I tune the low E down half a step to D#.  The other strings are left alone.
The song is played in 3/4 time.  The key is D#.

I like it. Good to be able to play it with out the hassle of tuning every string down.

I think it sounds good too if you extend those E and A chords a bit to get a fuller sound like such.
