I couldn't find any tabs for this song so i tried to figure it out myself with the help
their performance on Letterman.  This is just a simplified version to help others get
and hopefully someone else will be able to add onto this and make it better because this 
my first attempt at tabbing a song.

intro:
either have one guitar do strum this:

as in, the riff is right

and the 2nd guitar part of the intro

and most of the
chords

BUT

I'm currently creating a Guitar Pro tab of this, and I can tell you a few things for sure:

1) the
song's not in the key of C, it's in G, which means that any F chords are probably out of the question (haven't analyzed
the song to that point yet, but bands like this rarely play out of key)

2) The 1st 2 palm-muted lines are all power
chords (5th chords) with roots on the 6th string, and go A5 | C5 | B5 | B5 | A5 | C5 | E5 | E5

the 3 descending chords afterward are actually played by the 2nd guitar on the last 1.5 beats of the 2nd E5 measure
and go C5 B5 | A5.
Notice, the A5 is the beginning of the next measure. Put together, the 2nd guitar part of this song
goes C5 B5 | A5 | C5 | E5 | then continues with that A-C-E progression (each one held for a full measure)

Meanwhile,
the first guitar continues with the palm-muted part

wow.
