Life Becoming A Landslide is a song from 'Gold Against The Soul', the Manics second album, and an E.P. of the
same name. The actual song has a small acoustic riff playing alongside - however, these are the chords that fit
along with their respective verses;

Dm C Bb F
Childbirth, tears upon her muscle
Dm C Bb F
Very first, second a screaming icon
Dm C Bb F
Babies in time, barely even recognise
Dm C Bb F
Words that once stroked, now bruising tired lips

Alternatively, the acoustic riff plays something like this

D -------------------------------------3-3-5-3-0-3
A -3s5-3-5-----3-3-5-3-1-0-1---0-1----------------
D ------------------------------------------------
G ---------5-----------------------2--------------
B ------------------------------------------------
E ------------------------------------------------

During the pre-chorus, it switches over to chords - just Bb and C repeated.

   Bb C
My idea of love comes from
              Bb C
A childhood glimpse of pornography
        Bb C
Though there is no true love
       Bb C
Just a finely tuned jealousy

And then the chorus picks things up a bit by alternating between four chords - F, Dm, Bb and C

C F Dm
Life becoming a landslide
    Bb C
Ice freezing nature dead
                F Dm
Life becoming a landslide
Bb C
I don't wanna be a man

In the second verse, the riff is slightly altered and played on distorted electric guitar, but if you're playing
acoustic you're probably better off playing chords (or playing the riff as power chords). I hope this helps any
Manics fans out their play another of their awesome songs.

P.S. You only need to play in Drop D if playing the riff - if you're using the chords, Standard will work
