Turning Half-Step Down.
Except the A and Am, all the other chords should be play in bar position.
Intro: A

Leave your door open,
             C
I wanna come over
    D A
The night is only young
                       C
I wanna get under your body
         D A
Take you over, come undone

                   C
But why do we only give it up?
D A
Give it up in the dark

Cause I can't help thinking
     C
It's not enough,
     D A (stop)
It's not enough for this heart

           F C
Who do you think about when I'm not with you?
              G Am
Does somebody hold you when you let me go?
          F G
You can't hide, you can't lie
               Am
Cause baby I'm loving, loving, loving you
        F C
I could tell myself that I don't need you
        G Am
I could try to run away from the truth
        F G
I can't hide, I can't lie
               Am
Cause baby I'm loving, loving, loving you

           A
My door is open
        C D A
Come on over, the night is still young
                      C
I wanna get over your body
         D A
Take you under, come undone

                   C
But why do we only give it up?
D A
Give it up in the dark

Cause I can't help thinking
     C
It's not enough,
     D A
It's not enough for this heart

           F C

         F E
Would it change if I asked you to stay?
     Am G F
If I pulled, would it push you away?
                              G
But it's just the chance I'll take
                  Am

Worth learning, and you're right about need in to tune a half-step down. But I just think the other version sounds better. However, this is easier to play once you've tuned down, so this is great for beginners as it doesn't require barre chords for the bridge (unlike the other one). I still think though that re-tuning is a hassle, and for a performace version the other version means you can play other songs without needing to re-tune. Hope that was helpful.
