Tuning: Down one-half step

This is how he plays it live and if you want to play the arpeggios then you should do it this way.
If you are just going to play the chords you can play in standard tuning with all the chords moved
down a half step (C->B, D->C#, G->F#, Em->D#m).
If you have any questions feel free to email: greener1387@yahoo.com

Chords:
       C       D        G        Em7

C-D-G
C-D-G
C-D-Em7-C-D

Bridge:
(These are E-shape Barre chords ascending from 3rd fret->10th fret
G-Am-Bm-C-D

Notes: In the verses he likes to use the arpeggios like in the intro over the C and D chords.
He also does small hammer ons and pull offs to flourish over the G and Em7 chords.
Here are some examples, but feel free to improvise, they appear to be randomly added:
    G        G->Em7 transition        Em7
eb-----------------0-----0------------0--------------------------|
Bb-----------------3-----3------------3-----3p0------------------|
Gb--2h4-2p0--------0-----0------------0--------------------------|
Db-----------------0-----2------------2--2p0---------------------|
Ab-----------------2-----2------------2--------------------------|
Eb--3--------------3-2 0-0------------0--------------------------|

I think the Bridge is actually
C-D-B-Em-C-D
It looks similar when he plays it live, just some are A shape
C: x35553
D: x57775
B: 799877
Em: x79987
C: 8 10 10 9 8 8
D: 10 12 12 11 10 10
