Tom dose like a little riffy thing right at the beginning, but I cant figure it out
because it has 2 many effects!

I think it sounds better like:
[tab]
C
When everything is going wrong
Am
And things are just a little strange
F G C
Its been so long now you've forgotten how to smile
C Am
And overhead the skies are clear but it still seems to rain on you
F G C
And your only friends all have better things to do
[/tab]
F G C instead of Em F C
I like everything else thought i'm not very sure about what you mean by Bflat

vhhendrixcrazy is right, if you watch it live danny plays with a capo and tom without. so this would be what danny plays and the other tab without capo, playing D, Bm and etc is what tom plays.
and by using B# i think you meant C...

nice tab. though, there are a few minor mistakes, but well done. and in response to the comment above, one guitar plays with a capo on the 2nd fret, and another guitar plays it in standard tuning with no capo.
