[Intro]

Fm G# C#
Fm G# C#

[Verse]

Fm G#
Did my invitations disappear
C#
Why'd I put my heart on every cursive letter?
Fm G#
Tell me why the hell no one is here
C#
Tell me what to do to make it all feel better

Fm G# C#
Maybe it's a cruel joke on me
C#
Whatever, whatever
Fm G# C#
Just means there's way more cake for me
C# (palm mute)
Forever, forever

[Chorus]

Fm G#
It's my party and I'll cry if I want to
C#
Cry if I want to (cry, cry, cry)
                   Fm G#
I'll cry until the candles burn down this place
                  C#
I'll cry until my pity party's in flames

Fm G#
It's my party and I'll cry if I want to
C#
Cry if I want to (cry, cry, cry)

I'll cry until the candles burn down this place
                  C#
I'll cry until my pity party's in flames

[Verse]

Fm G#
Maybe if I knew all of them well
  C#
I wouldn't have been trapped inside this hell that holds me
Fm G#
Maybe if I casted out a spell
    C#
But told them decorations were in pastel ribbons

Fm G# C#
Maybe it's a cruel joke on me
C#
Whatever, whatever
Fm G# C#
Just means there's way more cake for me

this is good but why isn't it transposed up instead of using a capo? up 1 gets you way easier chords and it still matches the song pretty well

When I played it, I had capo 1. It's definitely easier to play Em G C on capo 2, I just think barre chords are more fun! :)
