You can play the low D string during the pre-chorus but it sounds closer to the album to only play it during
the chorus.

I think this is basically dead on. You nailed the verse end/pre chorus riff no one else seems to have got right. I managed to tab it out in power tab based on your tab (if anyone even uses power tab these days), notation is not my strong point so the rhythm took some working out. Thanks
