As I hear it on the extra measure of G it should be G - G2(#4) -Dsus/G [G2(#4]= 3X0223 (=DM7sus/G)].
Also in the Chorus on "op-en" change the D/F# or D to Bm.
Finally, ends with C1 & C2 me->us, I->we (not just C2).
