how do i play those small notations . im really confused. can any one help me whith that

You mean the grace notes, I guess. It's like a slide, or hammer-on, but played very-very-very quickly. So the "small notes" are played first, but for a very small amount of time, you can barely hear them. Then you hammer-on, or slide to the actual note. You can hear it, if you listen very carefuly.

But check out Pantera's "Im broken", the Intro riff is full of it. Also "And Justice For All" main riff. It's a simple technique to add some taste, some style.
