IT'S DEFFENITLY DROP C!!!! and I agree with jeff94. you have to play power chords not single notes... and you write: 0-0-12-0-12-12-0 I think it should be: 0-0-11b-0-11b-11b-0 (b=bend) otherwise ok tab.
