         G D

               G
so when these rich men that she wants
          D
show her ways they can take care of her
           Am C
i'll have found a way to be with her still

[Interlude]

ooooooh ooooh oooooh oooooh

[Verse 2]

          G D
when it hits me that she's gone i think i'll be a astronaut
          Am C
make the moon my home and leave this world behind
         G
so when she steps out into the night
               D
and finds the light that makes her pretty
          Am C
she'll be facing me everytime she shines

[Interlude]

   G D Am C
oooooh oooooh ooooh oooooh

when i finally move on with my life
     Am G C G D D#dim7
her goodbye written into stone
       Am (let it ring)
and her shadow grown into the night

[Instrumental]

G D Am C (x2)

[Verse 3]

         G D
when it hits me that she's gone i think i'll be a movie star
          Am C
play the finest man the world has ever seen
            G
so all the lovers that she's found
          D
show her ways they learned to talk to her
               Am C
behind each perfect word there'll be a little bit of me

It's both a Dawes song and a Middle Brother song. Goldsmith wrote it in Middle Brother but also decided to add it to Dawes' new album.
