This was done by slightly improving (I think) the previous work done on this
to the first person who tabbed it for setting the base.

[Intro]

G (bass note) to F# (bass note)

[Verse 1]

G
Do I attract you?
                         D G
Do I repulse you with my queasy smile?
G
Am I too dirty?
Am I too flirty?
        D G
Do I like what you like?

G
I could be wholesome
I could be loathsome
             D G
I guess I'm a little bit shy

[Pre-Chorus]

G
Why don't you like me?
                             D G
Why don't you like me without making me try?

G F Am
I try to be like Grace Kelly
                           D G
But all her looks were too sad
                  F Am
So I try a little Freddie
                  D
I've gone identity mad!

[Chorus]

G
I could be brown

I could be blue
                 C
I could be violet sky

I could be hurtful
          D
I could be purple
                        G
I could be anything you like

Gotta be green

Gotta be mean
                   C
Gotta be everything more

Why don't you like me?
                 D
Why don't you like me?
                                G
Why don't you walk out the door!

[Verse 2]

G
How can I help it

How can I help it
                        C
How can I help what you think?
C
Hello my baby
          D
Hello my baby
                        G
Putting my life on the brink

[Pre-Chorus]

G
Why don't you like me

Why don't you like me
                  C
Why don't you like yourself?

Should I bend over?
               D G
Should I look older just to be put on the shelf?

G F Am
I try to be like Grace Kelly
                           D G
But all her looks were too sad
                  F Am
So I try a little Freddie
                  D
I've gone identity mad

[Chorus]

G
I could be brown

I could be blue
                 C
I could be violet sky

I could be hurtful

I could be purple
                        G
I could be anything you like

Gotta be green

Gotta be mean
                   C
Gotta be everything more

Why don't you like me?
                 D
Why don't you like me?
                                C
Why don't you walk out the door!

C G
Say what you want to satisfy yourself
C G C2

This is a vast improvement on the first tab, but there are still a few issues. I agree with skateboarder873 about the D7 (not for every D chord in the song, but for a lot of them), but also... * The chord you've labelled "F" should be "Dm7" throughout. * The bridge should go more like this: Cm G G7 C Say what you want to satisfy yourself. Cm G F#dim Em7 G/D A7/C# But you only want what everybody else says you should want, D D7 You want... * And the song ends like this: (G) D Why don't you like me? D7 Em D C G/B Am G F Why don't you walk out the door? Cheers.
